We help project managers make quick decisions and efficiently controls the projects

Project Management and Controls Studio

Artificial intelligence, automation, machine learning, data collection and analysis are rapidly becoming essential elements that modern project management systems should have. Following these trends, we have developed all-in-one comprehensive project planning and management software (PM Studio) to help project managers in various industries and team sizes. In the core of our complex development, we included the CPM critical path method (a project management method with the addition of automation and a data model generator), the Agile method (integration of new team initiatives) and the Kanban method (to manage goals). To be able to deliver projects on schedule, on budget, and accordance with business goals we used methods (PERT, CPM, Kelly and some heuristic methods) and added data processing and analysis automation procedures and components that support collaboration with teams.
(PM Studio) includes a set of online analysis and control tools that help you manage your projects from start to finish, allowing employees at different levels to quickly understand what is expected of them and when they need to complete their tasks. The PM Studio includes a number of key tools: creating and modifying network model parameters, cost control, budgeting, resource allocation, team collaboration, goal management, risk management, reporting, notifications, project administration, etc.

Key Product Benefits

Antaresys model

Network model

Antaresys Project Network Diagram visualizes sequential and logical relationships between tasks in a project. This visualization depends on your understanding of the timeline of tasks and events. In our implementation, this will be a directed graph with tasks on arrows. The studio has functions to create this graph.
This network diagram is used to show the flow of work on a project and to track its progress to completion. Our network diagram allows the project manager to track each element of the project and quickly respond to all possible deviations from the schedule and inform the team about it, change the status of tasks, control the budget and make effective decisions.
To manage the development of the network model, we have developed effective tools with which you can make changes to the model at any time (add and delete tasks, change the topology of links, and much more).
We allow you to keep a history of the development of the project, so you can first determine the tasks that you need for a certain period, and add new tasks next time. Fragments. A fragment is a pre-prepared set of tasks, which is a completed process of a certain technological cycle. A fragment can be repeatedly included in the technological process, as a constantly executing set of tasks.

Planning

Project planning is a continuous process of determining the best course of action to achieve the project objectives given the situation at hand. On the other hand, this is the most important process of project management, which determines in time all activities for the implementation of the project.
Planning processes are carried out throughout the life cycle of a project, from the preliminary overall plan as part of the project concept to the detailed work plan at the end of the project. At the same time, plans are refined and detailed as the project progresses. At the planning stage, the executors, methods and means of managing the implementation of the project are determined, both as an integral system and in the context of its individual stages and tasks. The plans you create will help you manage time, cost, quality, change, risk, and related issues. The purpose of planning is to build a project implementation model.

Resources Management

The correct allocation of resources for work is the ability to complete the project on time and within the budget. Therefore, we have developed tools that will help you work with resources. We will give you the opportunity to evaluate your decisions about allocation resources to tasks. Specialties, materials, mechanisms and constructions can be used as simultaneously allocated resources. We also provide the ability to personalize specialties according to your list of employees. For a visual assessment of resource allocation, we have developed histograms that will show you the real use of resources. You can appoint workers to task, discuss risks, problems and suggestions with them at meetings. In this case, we keep the entire history of discussions and risks, and you always have the opportunity to analyze the situation again. We provide you with information about resources in various components of our Studio, which makes the resource allocation system more reliable and necessary.
With us, you will always keep your finger on the pulse of the workloads in the project and analyze their impact deeper.

Project Execution

At this stage of the project, you will need to follow through with your team. To do this, you will need all the information you need to analyze project execution and make decisions.

Antaresys prod11
Entering work progress data

Each team member who is responsible for completing the task must report on the amount of work completed and the work time used. This information is entered into the project and serves as the basis for meetings and a report on the project and serves as the basis for decision-making.

Schedule Tracking

Scheduling projects involves managing timelines and dates. The project schedule is built on the basis of the estimates assigned to the tasks. The schedule, in addition to early and late start and end dates of the project, includes time reserves arising from the execution technology. Using the schedule, you can quickly identify critical tasks and determine the risk of schedule disruptions, as well as visualize project tasks. You will always be able to see: who and when is performing a specific task and what the fixed costs will be.

Antaresys prod11
Tracking tasks to run on date

To manage deadlines and resources, each project manager is provided with information about the tasks, the start time of which has come. This allows you to respond in a timely manner to the implementation of projects, especially if there are several of them. With us, you will always know what tasks you need to start and when to complete them and in what time frame.

Antaresys prod11
Budget Tracking

Each project task consumes time, money and resources. To manage your project effectively, you've come up with a solid budget to keep your project profitable. However, without constant tracking of costs and control of lead times, you can go over budget. Therefore, we offer a tool to track the budget and items where money is spent.

Antaresys prod11
Individuals Timesheet

Our studio allows you to keep track of time both by speciality and by employee. This tool will allow you to see who and how busy or overloaded who is and how performing certain tasks.

Monitoring and control

Antaresys prod11
Manage status of the tasks to date

Project management is an ongoing process that requires the project manager to monitor, review, and make changes to the project as needed. Our subsystem for monitoring project execution includes tools that are called by the manager in real time and provide him with information about the execution of tasks. Based on this information, manager makes decisions and plan meetings. The information contains knowledge tied with tasks and milestones are being met on time or not, if the budget is in line with actual costs, and more.

Antaresys prod11
Management of action items

Using our Studio, the project manager can plan actions at the Status meeting to ensure that the project goals are achieved. These goals are set at the meetings, the responsible person is appointed and the time frame and the final result are determined. Action items are stored in a database and are available at any time to use it at regular meetings. Each action item contains possible risks and ways to overcome them. An action item can be the task itself or a part of it.

Antaresys prod11
Management of project risks

As projects become more dynamic, it is necessary to manage the risks that arise in the execution of projects. In our studio there is an opportunity to record possible risks at different stages of the project execution to analyze them at any time. Also, tools have been developed to create alarms and notifications to remind you of deadlines.

Project Analysis

Antaresys prod11
Project Network Model

The network model is built for a specific project separately and contains descriptions of the dependencies of tasks among themselves. Such a model can be changed at any time, if it is necessary or the conditions for its change appear. The network model can be analyzed visually at any time.

Antaresys prod11
Project Schedule

The construction of the schedule depends on the network model and the dependence of some tasks on others, as well as the estimates set by technologists and managers. For the network model with the given information, the methods of network planning and control are used, with the help of which the schedule and other calculations are constructed. Such information is available to the manager in real time.

Antaresys prod11
Gantt chart

A Gantt chart is a visualization that helps in analysis of schedule, manage, and monitor defined tasks and resources in a project. It consists of a list of tasks and values depicting each task's progress. Use this chart in project management.

Antaresys prod11
Fixed Cost histogramm

Fixed costs are payments that do not change throughout the project. They can include any cost that is fixed throughout the life of the project and does not change depending on quantity, time, or some other factor. To visualize the distribution of fixed project costs, we use a histogram that can be analyzed at any time.

Antaresys prod11
Resources histogramms

The histogram of resource use in a project shows how a particular resource is used and how much of it is needed depending on the technology for performing tasks. The analysis can show a shortage or an excess of resources used..

Antaresys prod11
Project Budget

The project budget is an estimate of its total cost. In our RM Studio, the project budget includes a detailed estimate of all costs that may be incurred before the completion of the project: lebor, cost of materials, mechanisms, structures and fixed costs. All of these metrics are calculated relative to tasks and schedule. Initially, the project budget allows the project manager to determine how much the project is likely to cost, and then, after the budget is approved, it is accepted for execution. Throughout the project, the manager is given the opportunity to use actual usage data to check if the project is on budget.

Status meeting

A project status or progress meeting usually occurs weekly or monthly until the project is completed. This meeting brings together all stakeholders and team leaders to discuss what has been achieved, milestones achieved, what comes next, and any issues that need to be addressed. Since these meetings are aimed at preventing mistakes and for sharing information about the good and bad sides of the project, it will allow you to organize the team for success, and keeping an archive of the meetings gives you the opportunity to own the situation over the project.

Dashboard

Each project you create has its own dashboard, which contains basic information. It contains information about configuration, leaders, deadlines, and criteria for building a plan. The dashboard also includes a Gantt chart.

Management Goals

In the process of working on a project, the project manager draws up short-term plans for completing tasks, outlines goals and ways to achieve them, and forms activities for team collaboration. To work with such activity, we have developed the Management Goals component, which is similar to the Kanban-method. With this component, you can create goals and activities, prioritize them, describe their purpose, and change their progress status. It is almost impossible for a project manager to bring a project to a successful conclusion without setting goals. To do this, he is provided with the results of planning and distribution of limited resources. Based on these results, the manager and his team can create an effective plan for the project's milestones and ensure that they are achieved on time and within budget. Management goals can also be set at the stage of negotiations with the customer (at the planning stage) and represent milestones for the implementation of stages and are the subject of project control. In our approach, all activity is stored in a database and can be used as experience for other projects.
